SAH 2025 Conference
Dr. Asma Mehan, along with LPMD PhD student Alireza Seyedi and Morteza Hemmati, are excited to present the paper titled "Modernism and Mysticism: Mozhan Khadem's Architectural Journey" at the SAH 2025 Conference in Atlanta, scheduled for April 30-May 4.
They will be part of the session “Historiography of Muslim Modernities in Architecture,” organized and chaired by Dr. Ehsan Sheikholharam and Dr. Arief Setiawan, both affiliated with Kennesaw State University.
Their research explores how Mozhan Khadem's architectural work blends modernist designs with mysticism, offering fresh perspectives on non-western architecture and urban history.
Looking forward to engaging in insightful discussions and connecting with the SAH community!
